Adrian Tresoglavic is the Managing Director at Mercantec. Adrian has previously served as the Vice Director at U/NORD, the Director of public and specialized master programmes at Copenhagen Business School, and the Deputy Director (Communications and Recruitment) at Hjemmeværnet. Adrian has also been a Member of the Supervisory Board at FGU Øresund, and the Direktør (konstitueret) at Erhvervsskolen Nordsjælland.

Adrian Tresoglavic has a background in organisationspsykologi from Institut for Gruppeanalyse (IGA), a Master of Management Development from Copenhagen Business School, and a Master i Professionel Kommunikation in corporate communications from Roskilde University. Adrian also has a MA (cand. mag.) in history and applied visual communication from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark. Adrian is certified from Brøgger Erhvervspsykologer in teamdiamanten and Jung Based Type Indicator (JBTA), and from Naturstyrelsen in hunting license (DK). Adrian is also certified from Neuro Energetics (John Overdurff and Julie Silverthorn) in (H)NLP trainer, Training People in NLP coach (master practitioner), Home Guard School in instructor trainer (adult teaching), and Home Guard School in instructor (adult teaching).
