Thaís Abreu has a diverse and extensive work experience across different industries. Thaís started their career in 2009 as the President of Gama Junior Consultoria, where they managed the company's cash flow, paid bills, and led projects aimed at brand promotion. Thaís then worked as a Research and Exploration Intern at Petrobras and as an Administrative Agent at Universidade Gama Filho.

In 2013, Thaís joined Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) as a Sales and Post Sales Trainee, where they monitored KPIs, logistics, and customer relationships. Thaís also supported the regional office in business administration and network development.

From 2016 to 2019, Thaís worked at Amil, first as a Data Analyst, where they created operational and executive indicators and analyzed performance. Later, they became a Process Analyst, focusing on project development and process mapping.

In 2019, Thaís joined Rede D'Or São Luiz as a Productivity Analyst, and in 2021, they moved to Mercado Bitcoin, starting as a Product Operations specialist. Thaís then progressed to the roles of Business Analyst, Project Analyst, and currently works as a Product Manager.
