Nathalia Crema has a diverse work experience starting from 2011. Nathalia began their career as an Assistant Marketing Analyst at HB Brasil Informatica, where they analyzed competition and consumer behavior to create marketing campaigns. Nathalia implemented various digital media strategies and worked with the sales team to develop sales incentives and promotional discounts.

In 2011, they joined ERPFlex Software de Gestão as a Digital Marketing Analyst, responsible for marketing activities such as market diagnosis, identifying business opportunities, and consumer needs. Nathalia also planned and executed marketing plans and communication campaigns.

From 2014 to 2018, Nathalia worked at Ticket as an Analyst of Planning and Marketing, where they created, monitored, and analyzed performance KPIs for sales channels. Nathalia constructed reports and dashboards using Excel and Tableau, and conducted data analysis and fine-tuning of business rules within the database. Nathalia also developed strategies for lead generation and customer retention, managed marketing and sales actions, and implemented budgeting processes.

In 2014, they briefly worked as a Data Intelligence Analyst at SKY Brasil, specializing in data analysis and intelligence.

From 2018 to 2021, Nathalia joined ZAP+ as a Strategic Planning Coordinator and later became a Strategic Planning Specialist. In these roles, they contributed to strategic planning initiatives and was involved in various planning and coordination activities.

Since 2021, they have been working at Mercado Bitcoin as a Strategic Planning Coordinator.
