Director Digital & Disruptive Business at Meraxis Group

Michael Grysczyk has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Michael began their career at BMW Group in 2014, where they worked in quality management. In 2016, they moved to MAN Truck & Bus SE, where they focused on investment controlling. Michael then joined BMW Group South Africa, working in indirect purchasing. In 2017, Michael joined REHAU as an executive assistant, supporting the Deputy CEO in various areas such as strategy development, innovation management, and digitalization. Michael also led projects related to purchasing and innovation management. Currently, they are employed at Meraxis Group as the Director of Digital & Disruptive Business, previously serving as the Head of Digital & Disruptive Business. In this role, they oversee digitalization initiatives and contributes to the company's overall digital strategy.

Michael Grysczyk's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Technology & Management from TUM School of Management, which they completed from 2012 to 2017. Before attending TUM School of Management, they obtained their Allgemeine Hochschulreife (German high school diploma equivalent) from Hans-Leinberger-Gymnasium Landshut, where they studied from 2003 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Michael Grysczyk has obtained several certifications. Michael received a Chief Digital Officer (CDO) Certificate from RWTH Aachen University in November 2022.
