Brittany Bartlein has extensive experience in technical support, currently serving as a Technical Support Manager at Merative since July 2022 and previously in a similar role at Merge Healthcare, an IBM Company, from June 2013 to July 2022. Brittany has supported numerous Merge solutions, collaborating directly with development teams to resolve complex system performance issues and provide root analysis reports. Prior positions included serving as a Technical Support Analyst and Team Lead, where Brittany demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and a thorough understanding of radiology and cardiology workflows. Brittany's early career included research at the Medical College of Wisconsin, contributing to the design of a fixation system for an Adaptive Optics Retinal Scanner.
