Michał Hering has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Michał began their career as a Geodeta at Biuro Obrotu Nieruchomościami in 2006 and later worked as a geodeta at ArGeo sp. Z O.O. from 2007 to 2008. From 2008 to 2016, they owned and operated Geobaltica, where they specialized in certyfikaty energetyczne. In 2016, they transitioned to a role as a Junior Java Developer at IBPM S.A., where they gained experience in Java, JavaScript, JQuery, Jira, Confluence, and OpenLdap. Afterward, they joined Nest Bank S.A. as a Młodszy Programista - Java from June 2018 to May 2019. Michał then worked as an IT developer at Nordea from June 2019 to February 2022. Currently, Michał is employed as a Java Software Developer at Merapar, starting in May 2022.

Michał Hering completed their education in several institutions. From 1996 to 2001, they attended Państwowe Szkoły Budownictwa in Gdańsk, where they obtained a degree as a technik geodeta in the field of pomiary geodezyjne. Following this, from 2001 to 2006, they studied at Warsaw University of Technology and earned a magister inżynier degree with a specialization in pomiary podstawowe.

In addition to their educational background, Michał Hering obtained the Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in October 2022.
