Nathaniel Casillan currently serves as the Head of Enterprise Services Platforms at MERALCO since July 2023. With extensive experience at AIA Philippines as a Unit Manager and previously in various roles including Financial Advisor and MDRT and Senior Financial Advisor since April 2018, Nathaniel has cultivated a strong foundation in financial services. Prior to this, Nathaniel worked at MERALCO from November 2012 to May 2022 in multiple capacities, notably as an Enterprise Solutions Architect and in telecommunications strategy and planning, leading initiatives related to Smart Grid and Advanced Metering Infrastructure. Nathaniel's career began with a Management Trainee position at Meralco and an On-the-Job Immersion at Manila Electric Company. Nathaniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of the Philippines, earned in 2012.
