Raymond Joyce currently serves as the Director and Lead Supervisor for the Eastern Regional Control Center at National Grid, a position held since October 2008, overseeing management and control of electric sub-transmission and distribution systems in Eastern New York. Since February 2004, Raymond has been an elected Albany County Legislator for the 13th District. Additionally, Raymond held the role of Ward Leader for the Albany County Democratic Committee from 2007 to May 2015 and served as Coordinator for the Eastern Division at National Grid from 2001 to 2008. Previous experience includes working in Consumer Relations at Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation from 1992 to 1998. Raymond earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute's The Lally School of Management between 2006 and 2008 and attended Christian Brothers Academy from 1983 to 1986.
