As the CEO and President of Vickpark Associates since 2002, Susan provides advisory services focusing on operational strategy for service companies and private equity firms. Previous roles include Partner at Pierce Consulting Partners, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at AGL Resources, and President of Consumer Services at Bell South Telecommunications, where notable achievements included driving substantial revenue growth.
