Alfredo Tovar Gutiérrez has extensive experience in the culinary and hospitality industry, currently serving as Gerente de unidad de negocios at MERA Corporation since December 2018. Prior to this role, Alfredo held the position of Gerente de unidad at Mera Corporation from December 2015 to November 2017 and worked as a Supervisor de Cocina at L'Auberge Lake Charles from December 2014 to December 2015. Alfredo began their career as a L. Cook and progressed to Supervisor at International Gymnastics Camp from April 2009 to August 2014. Alfredo holds a degree in Gastronomía from Universidad del Valle de Puebla, obtained between 2006 and 2011.
