Ross Pape currently serves as a Technician at MEPCO since March 2023. Prior to this role, Ross worked at Bradford Health Services from February 2018 to April 2023 as a Program Coordinator, where responsibilities included creating, implementing, training, and overseeing programming for the second phase, as well as maintaining a caseload of up to 23 clients and managing relationships with clients' families and financiers. From October 2015 to February 2018, Ross held the position of Resident Manager at Safety Net Recovery, focusing on assessing client needs, connecting clients with local mental health resources, and facilitating appointments. Ross Pape holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Auburn University.
