Julianne Aguilar has a diverse work experience that spans various creative roles and industries. Julianne is currently a Story Lead at Meow Wolf, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to that, Julianne worked as a Freelance Writer from March 2018 to the present. Julianne also served as a Narrative Lead at McKee Wallwork & Company from July 2021 to March 2022. Julianne has had multiple roles at Meow Wolf, including Narrative Lead from August 2018 to April 2020 and Exhibition Content Writer from February 2018 to August 2018. Julianne has also worked as a Preparator and Exhibition Design Team Member at the Palm Springs Art Museum from October 2016 to January 2018. In addition, Julianne held positions at The University of New Mexico as a Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant from 2013 to 2016, and worked as an Archives Volunteer at the Dallas Municipal Archives in 2012. Julianne gained experience as an Archives Assistant at the Judd Foundation in 2011 and as a Student Assistant in Digital Collections at the University of North Texas from 2008 to 2009. Julianne's work experience showcases their expertise in writing, narrative design, content creation, and art-related roles.

Julianne Aguilar has a strong educational background with a focus on art, technology, and design. Julianne received their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Photography from the University of North Texas, completing their studies from 2005 to 2009. Julianne then pursued their Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Experimental Art and Technology at The University of New Mexico from 2013 to 2016. These degrees provided their with a solid foundation in artistic expression and technical skills.

In addition to their formal education, Julianne has also obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Julianne earned a certification in UX Design Fundamentals from Coursera in November 2020, followed by certifications in Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM and Fundamentals of Graphic Design from Coursera in October 2020. Julianne has also obtained certifications in Inclusive Mindset, Difficult Conversations: Talking about Race at Work, and Supporting Allyship and Anti-Racism at Work from LinkedIn, all in January and February 2023. These certifications demonstrate their commitment to continuous learning and staying updated in their field.
