Lucy New has a diverse range of work experience. Lucy started their career as a Teacher Assistant at Temple Emanu-El where they gained experience in childcare, education, and community building. Lucy then worked in retail as a Retail Salesworker at Style Snoop Salem. Lucy has also been involved in various roles at Jewish Teen Initiative of Greater Boston, where they worked on graphic design, marketing, and community service programming. In addition, they interned at the Lappin Foundation, where they assisted in fundraising research and worked with the Director of Development. Lucy is currently involved in the TAMID Group as a Consultant and Education Member, focusing on experiential education and networking with a cohort of business-minded peers. Lucy will soon serve as the Vice President of JBiz at MEOR. Overall, Lucy has a strong background in leadership, community engagement, and business development.

Lucy New completed their high school education at Marblehead High School from 2018 to 2022, earning their High School Diploma. Following that, they attended Emory University from 2022 to 2026, majoring in Business Administration and Art History.
