Jo Hickey has extensive experience in administrative and support roles, currently serving as a Tax Administrator at Menzies LLP since December 2014, following positions as Business Support Administrator and Junior Business Support Administrator within the same company. Previously, Jo worked as a Retail Shift Assistant/Supervisor at New Look from April 2011 to September 2014, and started a career in customer service as a Tearoom Assistant at Bocketts Farm Park from May 2010 to February 2011.
