Talal Raziq's work experience begins with their current role as the Manager of HR - Admin & Procurement at Menzies-RAS, which they started in November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Assistant Manager of HR Admin & Procurement at the same company from August 2022 to November 2022.

Before joining Menzies-RAS, Talal was an Assistant Manager of Procurement at the Canteen Store Department (HO) from January 2018 to July 2022. In this role, they were responsible for arranging and selecting the best deals from suppliers for all purchases. Talal also drafted contract clauses and terms and conditions agreed with FMCG companies and evaluated the demand of CSD outlets nationwide, securing necessary approvals.

Talal Raziq completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Foundation University (PK) between 2011 and 2015. Talal then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Supply Chain Management from Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology from 2016 to 2018.
