Stephanie How currently works in the People & Talent department at Menyala, a venture building studio established by Temasek, since September 2022. Prior to this role, Stephanie served as the Global Talent Lead at Zipmex from March 2021 to May 2022, where responsibilities included building the HR function from the ground up and implementing critical HR processes across multiple countries. Earlier experience includes serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead for Southeast Asia and Asia at WTW between April 2018 and June 2020.
