Sevada Baghdyan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive search, leadership advisory, and the food delivery sector. Currently serving as a Partner for Boyden in Armenia and Georgia since January 2023, Sevada has played a vital role in connecting leading local companies with top executives. As the Founder and CEO of Relevant Executive Search and Consulting since January 2020, Sevada is committed to raising the standards of executive search in Armenia. Additionally, as a Co-Founder of Menu Group UK LTD since October 2012, Sevada contributes to the rapid development of an innovative food delivery service across multiple countries. Previous roles include CEO and Co-Founder of Menu.am, Head of Internal Audit Department at Star supermarket chain, Payments at HSBC, and Sales Manager at Art Wine cjsc. Sevada holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Credit from Armenian National Agrarian University, completed between 2001 and 2006.
