Divya Balakrishnan's work experience includes serving as the Director at IntEm Labs since January 2021. Divya is also the Co-Founder of Mentza, a one-stop audio platform for learning-oriented conversations, since January 2021. From November 2010 to November 2020, they worked as the Director of Behavioral Sciences and Design at FinalMile Consulting. Prior to that, they were a Software Engineer at Infosys Technologies Ltd from July 2007 to June 2009.

Divya Balakrishnan has a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Cognitive and Decision Science from UCL, which they obtained from 2009 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science from Anna University, studying from 2003 to 2007.
