Janice Arroyo is the current Design Director at Mentus. Janice has over fifteen years of experience in the graphic design industry. Janice has previously worked as an Art Director at Agenda Global, DW Turner, Inc., Griffin and Associates, and PopuliCom, Inc. As a freelance graphic designer, they have also worked with HNW, Inc. and Twelve Associates. Janice has a passion for art and design and enjoys working with clients to create concepts that are visually appealing and meet their needs.

Janice Arroyo earned a Master of Science in Communication Design from Pratt Institute and a BFA in Graphic Art from Escuela de Artes Plasticas de Puerto Rico. Janice specializes in design and visual communications, with a focus on graphic art.

Janice Arroyo reports to Guy Iannuzzi, CEO. They are on a team with Leasa Fisher - Account Director, Audrey Miranda - CFO, and Tracy Mitsunaga - Creative Director.
