Luis Mentta is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in the technology and food sectors. As Co-Founder of Que Cocine Peter since March 2018, Luis contributes to an innovative culinary venture. In April 2015, Luis co-founded mentta, the first 'food shopping mall' in Spain, and serves as CEO, focusing on marketing, business development, and operational management while promoting high-quality groceries. Additionally, Luis founded Tecnoria, a Madrid-based app development company, in June 2009. Previous roles include Technical Analyst at Plus Ultra Seguros and Functional Analyst positions at Temenos and Zed, complemented by an educational background in Software Engineering and Management Engineering from esteemed institutions.
