Andrea Silva-Lopera has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Andrea currently holds the position of Director of Customer Experience Operations at Redaptive, Inc since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Customer Success Mentor at Mentorloop from May 2023.

In addition to their professional roles, Andrea is also a member of the Women of Customer Success organization, starting from April 2023.

From July 2021 to January 2023, Andrea served as an Executive Advisor at Inclusify.com. Before that, they held the position of Global Lead, Customer Success Strategic Programs, Operations, and Product Launch at Square from October 2021 to November 2022.

Andrea's work experience also includes a significant tenure at Iterate.ai, where they served as Director of Customer Success, focused on digital transformation, from July 2017 to October 2021. During this time, they worked with major global enterprises such as Circle-K, Pampered Chef, Ulta Beauty, Driven Brands, and Jockey.

Before their role at Iterate.ai, Andrea gained valuable experience in project and program management at Denver Public Schools' Program Management Office (PMO), where they held the position of Director of ePMO - Operations & Strategy Portfolio from May 2015 to July 2017, and Senior Program Manager from October 2012 to May 2015.

Furthermore, Andrea worked as a Senior Consultant and Consultant at Hitachi Vantara from May 2010 to October 2012 and August 2008 to May 2010, respectively. Andrea started their career as an eCommerce Marketing Analyst at Hach from April 2006 to May 2007.

In their career journey, Andrea has acquired a wide range of skills and expertise in customer success, project management, operations, and strategic program development.

Andrea Silva-Lopera has a diverse education background. Andrea earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from Colorado State University. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from the same institution. Andrea also holds additional certifications, including a Strategy Sprint certificate from Section4 and Professional Coursework in Converting Strategy Into Action from Stanford University.
