Melendez Ramon is an experienced professional in quality assurance and management, currently serving as Sr. Manager at Mentor Technical Group since December 2022. Previously, Melendez held the position of Sr. Manager at Viatris from April 2021 to December 2022. Prior roles include Site Quality Head at Patheon, part of Thermofisher, from November 2018 to October 2020, and earlier at Patheon in the same role from April 2018 to November 2018. Melendez's tenure at Patheon Inc in Puerto Rico spanned from February 2007 to November 2018 as QA Manager, overseeing the Quality Assurance Department and maintaining compliance for multiple clients. Additionally, Melendez worked as Validation Manager at VWR between 2002 and 2007. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico (1989-1992) and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Universidad de Puerto Rico (1983-1988).
