Cynthia Ho Sin Tian is an experienced data scientist currently working at Mentimeter since January 2022, where responsibilities include collaboration with various department stakeholders and implementing data-driven experimentation. Previously, Cynthia served as a doctoral student at KTH Royal Institute of Technology from October 2017 to December 2021, focusing on Economics, Management, and Law, with coursework covering applied econometrics, time series econometrics, and spatial data analysis, among others. Additional experience includes positions as a data engineer intern at UCARE.AI, software engineer intern at Brighter AB, and internships in predictive analytics and software development with PSA International and Wellnessly.com, respectively. Cynthia holds a PhD in Business/Managerial Economics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Business Analytics from the National University of Singapore.
