Jokabel Del Villar is a Learning and Development Specialist at Mental Health Partnerships MHPHOPE since November 2022, focusing on training program delivery and participant assessment through experiential adult learning techniques. Additionally, Jokabel serves as a Data Collector for RAND and previously worked as a Clinical Liaison for The Impact Project, where collaboration with school administrators and families was key. Past roles include Paralegal at Spivack & Spivack, Bilingual Psychiatric Technician at UHS, and Counselor at the Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse. Jokabel holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University Global and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ball State University.
