David S. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. David began their career in 1999 as an Editorial Assistant at Scholastic UK Ltd, where they progressed through various roles, including Assistant Editor, Desk Editor, Marketing Executive, Marketing Services Manager, Senior Marketing Manager, and ultimately served as the Marketing Director from 2009 to 2013.
In 2013, David took on the role of Marketing Director (maternity cover) at Capstone Global Library and then moved on to work as an Information Officer at Save the Children UK from 2014 to 2016. During their time at Save the Children UK, they also took on the responsibility of Project Manager for a large Randomised Controlled Trial (RCT).
In 2016, David joined The Sutton Trust as the Data and Information Manager, where their focus was on social mobility initiatives and leading the launch of the organization's alumni network. David stayed with The Sutton Trust until 2017 when they transitioned to Causeway Education as the Director of Operations, Communications, and Evaluation. In this role, they had a broad range of responsibilities, including overseeing external communications, research, evaluation, impact findings, and strategy.
Most recently, David served as the Head of Operations at Mental Health Innovations starting in 2019. With their extensive experience and expertise in operations, communications, data management, and project management, David has made significant contributions to the organizations they have worked with.
David S. attended Poynton County High School from 1989 to 1996. David did not pursue a degree or specialize in any particular field of study during their time there. Following high school, they enrolled at the University of Bradford from 1996 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Media Technology and Production.
