Charlotte Docherty is a dedicated volunteer currently serving as a Shout Crisis Volunteer at Mental Health Innovations, contributing to over 100 conversations while focusing on best practices in mental health support. In addition to this role, Charlotte serves as a Health and Wellbeing Space Reception Volunteer at Mind in Croydon. Previously, Charlotte founded Little Wooden Ones, a business inspired by the Montessori approach to create hand-painted children's toys. Charlotte's professional background also includes work as a Software Development Technician at Real Asset Management and as a Software and Web Applications Tester at uTest. Charlotte holds a Certificate of Higher Education from Kingston University and is pursuing a Diploma in Counselling at Croydon College, alongside a Diploma in Information Technology from Guildford College.
