Sana M. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in talent acquisition, consulting, and management. Sana worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Mental Health Cooperative starting from June 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Talent Search Consultant and Corporate Recruiter at Landmark Recovery, where they worked from March 2021 to January 2022.

Sana'sexperience in management includes roles at Kroger, where they worked from July 2016 to February 2021. Sana served as a Human Resources Manager from September 2018 to February 2021, an Operations Manager from July 2016 to September 2018, a Leadership Essential's Phase II Trainer (Operations) from February 2018 to August 2018, and a Food Safety Committee Member from January 2018 to August 2018.

Sana also took on researching roles as a Researcher at Kolabtree from April 2018 to January 2021. Sana was also a Consultant for Research and Outreach and an Editorial Advisory Board Member at New Delhi Institute Of Management from January 2018 to December 2020 and August 2018 to October 2020, respectively.

Sana M. pursued their Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Educational Leadership, Curriculum & Instruction from the University of Phoenix, from 2009 to 2015. In addition to their academic achievements, they also obtained several certifications. These include IRB Chair, COVID-19: Insights for Higher Ed Leaders, Group 1.Social / Behavioral Research Investigator and Key Personnel, and Mental Health for Higher Ed and Healthcare, all obtained in September 2022 from the CITI Program. Sana also completed certifications in Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers and Onboarding New Hires as a Manager from LinkedIn, obtained in June 2020 and May 2020, respectively.
