Tracey Marshall

Mental Health First Aid Instructor at Mental Health Commission of Canada

Tracey Marshall is an experienced professional in the fields of mental health, criminology, and education, currently serving as a Mental Health First Aid Instructor at the Mental Health Commission of Canada since January 2016. As President of Threat Management Matters Inc. since 2010, Tracey specializes in violence risk and threat assessment. Additionally, Tracey has been a Professor at Durham College since 2011, holding the role of Program Coordinator for the Youth Justice and Interventions Graduate Program. Previous positions include Manager of Student Rights and Responsibilities at Durham College/UOIT and Detective roles within the Durham Regional Police Service and the Toronto Police Service, where Tracey focused on threat assessment and crime administration. Tracey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology from the University of Toronto and a Master of Arts in Education from Central Michigan University.
