Kevin Roantree serves as the Director of Corporate Operations at the Food Safety Authority of Ireland since September 2017 and is an external member of the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee at the Mental Health Commission IRL since June 2020. Previous roles include Non-Executive Director and Treasurer at Shine: Supporting People Affected by Mental Ill Health until October 2023, and Director of Corporate Operations at the Health Research Board from May 2007 to September 2017, where Kevin also held the position of Interim Chief Executive. Earlier experience includes serving as IT Service Delivery Manager at Capita Life and Pensions from March 2000 to May 2007. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Henley Business School, a Master’s in Personal and Management Coaching from University College Cork, and advanced studies at prestigious institutions such as Harvard Kennedy School, London Business School, MIT Sloan School of Management, and The London School of Economics and Political Science, focusing on public policy, leadership, and organisational performance.
