Steve Keithley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and sales management. Currently serving as the Global Customer Service Manager at Mensor, LP since January 2014, Steve oversees operations within the Customer Service Department and trains agents and WIKA subsidiaries on servicing Mensor products. Previously, as Global Sales Manager and National Sales Manager for Mensor, Steve successfully managed international and domestic sales channels, achieving a 56% year-over-year increase in international sales. With a solid foundation in sales and customer service roles dating back to 1990, including positions as Regional Sales Manager and Customer Service Coordinator, Steve has demonstrated a strong ability to enhance brand awareness and improve operational efficiency. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Southwest Texas State University, earned between 1984 and 1990.
