Luciana McGinnis (Lira) currently serves as a Critical Care Registered Nurse at Menorah Medical Center since February 2023. Prior experience includes a significant role at Cerner Corporation from August 2016 to January 2022 as both a Senior Associate Consultant and Associate Consultant, where responsibilities involved consulting on service line workflows, coaching clients on data collection and system design, and managing client relationships. Earlier, Luciana worked as an SMB Associate Account Strategist Intern at Google, enhancing the performance of advertisements for small and medium-sized businesses. Luciana's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Research College of Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Indiana University, along with ongoing studies at Universidad de Sevilla.
