Blanca Rodríguez Rivera, MA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Directora Corporativa de Recursos Humanos at Mennonite General Hospital, contributing since March 2022. Prior experience includes the role of Human Resources Regional Director at Metro Pavia Health System, Inc., where strategic human resources planning was a focus from July 2012 to February 2022. Blanca also held the position of Human Resources Corporate Manager at SuperMax, overseeing an HR Business Plan for a large workforce in supermarkets and corporate offices. Additional roles include Human Resources & Labor Relations Director at Hospital Metropolitano Dr. Susoni, Inc., managing HR programs for over 500 employees, and various HR positions at Walmart. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Labor Relations and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration—one in Human Resources Management and the other in Management Information Systems, all from Inter American University of Puerto Rico.
