Tricia Giesbrecht, LPN, BA, M.Ed, currently serves as the Executive Director at Sienna Senior Living and has held the position of Manager Community Enrichment at Menno Place since December 2006. With extensive experience in not-for-profit healthcare organizations covering Independent, Assisted Living, and Long-term care, Tricia demonstrates strong leadership skills, a focus on customer service, and an ability to implement evidence-based educational strategies. Previous roles include Nursing Manager and Program Director for the Health Care Assistant Program at Columbia Bible College. Tricia holds a Master of Education in Health Professions Education from the University of Ottawa, a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Trinity Western University, and a Practical Nursing diploma from Vancouver Community College.
