Kara McGee has extensive work experience in risk management, primarily in the education sector. Kara currently serves as the Director of Risk Management at the Menifee Union School District since February 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Risk Manager at the City of Corona from December 2018 to February 2020. Before joining the City of Corona, they held various roles at Mt. San Jacinto College, including Director of Risk Management & Support Services from August 2015 to December 2018, and Risk Management Coordinator from September 2011 to August 2015.
