Heidi Theule is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in benefits management and administration. Currently serving as Benefits Manager at Mendocino Community Health Clinic, Inc. since February 2019, Heidi manages benefit plans, leave of absences, and workers’ compensation claims for 300 employees. Previously, as an HR Generalist at Regency Lighting from March 2014 to August 2018, responsibilities included managing benefits and workers’ compensation claims for 350 employees across multiple states. Additionally, as HR Manager at Grant & Weber from July 2003 to December 2013, Heidi oversaw the human resources department and benefit administration for 400 employees in a financial services setting. Heidi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Virginia Military Institute, earned between 1999 and 2002.
