Paola Gloria has extensive experience in the packaging industry, currently serving as Operations CI Manager at Menasha Packaging since July 2013, previously holding positions as Operations Manager and Production Manager. Before this, Paola worked at Rand Diversified Companies, LLC (now part of Menasha Packaging) from July 2003 to July 2013, where roles included Sr. Production Manager and Quality Manager. Earlier career experience includes a tenure at Market Resource Packaging from June 1999 to July 2003 in a Quality role. Paola holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Business Administration and Management from UCNJ Union College of Union County, NJ, completed between 2005 and 2008, and studied at Kean University.
