Joanne Skelton has extensive experience in customer training and technical support within the biotechnology and pharmaceuticals sectors. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Customer Training and Experience at Menarini Silicon Biosystems since April 2017, Joanne has previously held roles as Customer Training Manager and Customer Training Specialist, overseeing responsibilities including the CELLSEARCH® System and attaining Trainer Certification on the DEPArray™ NXT System. Prior to Menarini, Joanne worked at Janssen Diagnostics from June 2004 to March 2017, where training customers on complex diagnostic systems was a key focus. Joanne's earlier career includes positions at Purdue Pharmaceuticals, Novartis, DNX, Princeton University, and Roche Biomedical, with a strong background in research and development in functional genomics, oncology, and assay development. Joanne holds a BS in Biology from Villanova University.
