Tony Mielotz has over 20 years of experience in operations and project coordination within the retail industry, currently serving as the Operations - Outside Yard / Receiving Manager and formerly as a Senior Project Coordinator and Project Coordinator at Menards since February 2012. Responsibilities have included coordinating store facilities maintenance programs across the Chicagoland and Southern Wisconsin regions, as well as negotiating and managing relationships with multiple facilities maintenance vendors. Prior to this role, Tony served as a Warranty Facilitator and Sales Representative at Menards from July 2002 to September 2008, ensuring compliance with warranty and maintenance obligations for new construction stores. Tony holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, earned between 1999 and 2004.
