Filmon Asfaha is an experienced project manager currently working at MENARD USA since May 2021, with prior roles as Superintendent. Previous experience includes serving as Engineer 2 at Kiewit from January 2020 to May 2021, and as a Field Engineer at Hayward Baker from June 2018 to December 2019, where responsibilities involved quality assurance, project stakeout, and site management. Additional experience includes a Research Assistant position at Texas Southern University and a role as River Oaks District Supervisor at Ace Parking, overseeing multiple valet stands and training new employees. Filmon holds a degree in Civil Engineering, specializing in Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering, from Texas Southern University, where studies were completed between 2015 and 2018. Current project focus includes Support of Excavation and Ground Improvement technologies.
