James Schooley is an experienced leader in the restaurant and service industries, currently serving as the Owner of Men In Kilts since May 2020, where professional window, siding, gutter, and concrete cleaning services are provided. Prior to this, from September 2016 to July 2019, James held the position of Director of Restaurant Services at Frisch's Restaurants, Inc., focusing on project management and brand food safety. As Regional Director of Operations at Wendy's Tar Heel Capital from January 2016 to September 2016, James oversaw operations for 36 franchise restaurants across North and South Carolina. James's extensive tenure at The Wendy's Company from 2000 to January 2016 included roles as Franchise Area Director, Field Training Manager, and District Manager, demonstrating a strong capability in franchise consulting, training, and operational management. Education was obtained at The Ohio State University.
