Xiaozhou (Leo) Qiu has been working in the technology industry since 2001. Xiaozhou (Leo) began their career as a Software Engineer at Falconstor Software. During their time there, they moved up the ranks to become Manager of Escalation in Engineering and then Director of Escalation in Engineering. Theircurrent responsibilities include management of the global escalation engineering team for software defined storage service, cloud storage service, enterprise data protection and recovery, and optimized backup/deduplication products. In 2021, they joined MemVerge as a Senior Engineer.

Xiaozhou (Leo) Qiu received a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the University of New Hampshire in 2001 and a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from Peking University in 1997.
