Silvie Cernochova is a seasoned professional in people operations with extensive experience in the arts and cultural sector. Currently serving as a Senior People Operations Partner at Phrase since January 2015, Silvie has previously held roles such as Development Services Co-ordinator at Southbank Centre from June 2010 to December 2011 and Development Services & Events Administrator, along with Press & Marketing Assistant at Dulwich Picture Gallery between December 2007 and June 2010. Silvie holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Hons in Arts Management from London South Bank University, completed in 2007.
