Knakesha Hunter, Ed.S, is a Licensed Assistant Principal and Notary Public with extensive experience in educational leadership and academic administration. Currently serving as Dean of Academics at Memphis School of Excellence since September 2022, Knakesha has held various roles including Assistant Principal and Campus Activity Coordinator. Additionally, Knakesha is a Certified TEAM Teacher Evaluator and TEAM Administrator Evaluator with the Tennessee Department of Education. Prior positions include Dean of Scholars at Leadership Preparatory Charter School and Behavior Analyst at Achievement School District. Knakesha's educational background includes an Educational Specialist degree in Instructional Leadership from Freed-Hardeman University and a Master of Arts in Education from Christian Brothers University.
