Chundra Smith, MA, currently serves as the Public Information Officer and previously held roles as Community Engagement Manager and Community Outreach Specialist at the Memphis Area Transit Authority since June 2022. Prior to this, Chundra held various positions at T-Mobile from July 2017 to July 2022, including Regional Marketing Manager where responsibilities included developing marketing strategies and managing budgets. Chundra also worked as a Marketing Account Executive at The Design Group from August 2015 to July 2017, managing client relationships and project progress. Early career experience includes technical support roles at Verizon Wireless from June 2009 to September 2014. Chundra holds a Master of Arts in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Ashford University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Speech Communication from the University of Central Arkansas.
