Rachelle Uganiza-Truong is an experienced recruitment and human resources professional with a solid background in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Recruitment Specialist at Memorial Medical Center Las Cruces since January 2023, Rachelle previously worked as a Personnel Analyst and Confidential Personnel Technician for the County of Monterey from March 2017 to November 2022. Rachelle's earlier experience includes positions at Monterey Peninsula College, Monterey Peninsula Unified School District, Wells Fargo, and Target, where responsibilities ranged from managing employee attendance and audits to providing exceptional customer service and processing transactions. Rachelle holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from National University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from California State University-Sacramento.
