Lori Avallone has an extensive background in the medical field, currently serving in the Family Medicine Program at Memorial Hospital of Rhode Island since May 2017. Prior experience includes involvement in the Surgical Residency Training Program at Rhode Island Hospital-University Surgical Associates from August 2015 to April 2017. Lori's academic contributions included advising over 300 medical students at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University from September 1999 to April 2015, while actively promoting the AAMC's Careers in Medicine advisement process. Additionally, Lori has a foundational career as a paralegal at Axelrod, Lanzoni & Teague, Law Offices, where responsibilities included preparing motions and assisting attorneys in court settings from June 1987 to July 1996.
