Lori Knowles is a seasoned human resources leader with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Memorial Hermann Health System since September 2011, Lori Knowles heads the people strategy and designs workforce solutions that enhance engagement and drive business results. Prior leadership roles include Vice President of Human Resources for the South Region at Memorial Hermann, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer at RediClinic, and Chief Human Resources Officer at Park Plaza Medical Center. Lori Knowles' education includes a Master of Science in Organizational Management and Human Resources from Capella University and an Executive Education Program at Rice University.
