Elisabeth Caruana currently serves as the Director of Information Technology and Digitalization at Memorial Healthcare Group since August 2022. Previously, Elisabeth held the position of Head of Information Technology at Kahve Dünyası, where leadership extended over IT, digital channels, PMO, and CRM operations with a budget exceeding 4 million USD. Elisabeth’s experience includes establishing a Global Project Management Office and overseeing numerous IT projects across several countries at Simit Sarayı, as well as leading IT software projects at ELEKTRONET A.Ş. and enhancing e-commerce platforms at Migros, achieving significant revenue growth and operational efficiency. Elisabeth has also contributed as a part-time lecturer in Database Management Systems at Bahcesehir University. Currently pursuing an MBA and a PhD in Industrial Engineering, Elisabeth holds a Master's in System Analysis and a Bachelor's in Mathematics Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
