Karin Stieltjes is an experienced senior technical consultant with over a decade of expertise in process analysis, design, and automation across various organizations, including Memora Processos Inovadores S/A, CNJ, TERRACAP, DATASUS, Ministério da Fazenda, Ministério dos Transportes, TELEBRAS, and ANVISA. Karin's work focuses on the structuring and implementation of innovation offices, strategic mapping and redesign of business processes, and the development of value chains. Prior experience includes senior roles in credit and collections at Brasil Telecom and Vivo. Karin holds an MBA in Project Management from Universidade Católica de Brasília and has completed specialized training in process management and analysis.
