Markan Patel is a Senior Software Engineer at Memora Health, focusing on the development of an AI-enabled care delivery platform to enhance patient engagement and treatment adherence since October 2023. Prior to this, Markan served as Chief Technology Officer at Innovikas, overseeing a technical agency that supports startups from pre-seed to Series A. Markan has extensive experience as a Senior Software Engineer and Tech Lead at Benchling, where a cloud data platform was built to accelerate biotech research, and at Flatiron Health, where data platforms were developed to improve oncology research outcomes. Additionally, contributions to PicnicHealth involved creating a Human-in-the-Loop Artificial Intelligence platform, recognized in Google's Machine Learning Startup Competition.
